• We need the name of the contact person responsible for accepting the delivery. We must be able to reach this person to coordinate the delivery. A job site phone number, cell phone number, or pager number is required.
• We need the exact delivery address. Directions and maps are very helpful, but they can not be used in lieu of the delivery address.
• We need payment information before a delivery can be scheduled. Cash sales orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments. Orders may be charged on an open trade account when approved by accounting.

DELIVERY POLICY
Our first commitment is to customer service, but please keep in mind that we are also committed to safety. Contempo Tile offers job site delivery and will deliver your goods as close to the project as safely possible. Contempo’s driver will decide what is safe. Contempo reserves the right to terminate delivery if there is risk of compromising safety to the driver, equipment, or product. Contempo’s equipment will lift the material from the truck and set it on the ground. It may be impossible to set the material inside a structure. Contempo does not provide the labor to move material into a house or construction site.

A responsible party must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the material. If a responsible party is not present, the driver is not allowed to deliver material and the delivery fee will still be charged. A subsequent delivery may be rescheduled for an additional delivery fee. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be noted on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery.
Contempo is not responsible for material after delivery. We cannot pick up returns.
